Heritage Harbour Market Review- 1st Half of 2014
Known as one of the premier 55+ communities in Annapolis, Heritage harbour offers a lifestyle full of golf, swimming, tennis, along with clubs and events of all kinds.
So what has the market been doing in Heritage Harbour this year compared to last. well let's compare and get some answers.
Homes Sold 2013 2014
27% Decrease 48 37
Days on Market 2013 2014
14% Increase 26 30
Median Sales Price 2013 2014
6% Increase $296,500 $313,000
The above figures are taking into account all homes whether single family, townhouse or condo. Overall figures may/will be different if broken down individually.
Much of the reduced sales in Heritage Harbour is based on a drop of inventory of available properties for sale which in turn is helping to boost the sold price of those that come on the market by a tad.
