I visited a hidden gem of a community and townhome today that just so happened to be held open by a great real estate friend of mine. She was having an open house and Pottery Barn was there decorating for the open. Wow how cool is that. Any way while there it reminded me of how we tend to forget these little gems of neighborhoods located throughout Annapolis and Eastport. Cedar Ridge In The Eastport Part of Annapolis MD is one such gem.
A small townhouse community tucked away off Bay Ridge Ave. Cedar Ridge is perfectly located for the active lifestyle so many crave when living in and around Annapolis. Quiet Waters Park is 5 minutes in one direction, Annapolis Recreation & Parks, the YMCA and Truxton Park 5 minutes the other way. Annapolis is just 10 minutes in another direction. And.... being the walker/jogger I am one of the things I think is the neatest is that it is a great starting point for a great walk/ jog to Annapolis and back. But even on those days when getting out and about is not your thing a relaxing few hours around the community pool is waiting for you.
Would you believe these townhomes are priced in the low $20,000!! What a great Annapolis buy!!
Cedar Ridge In The Eastport Part of Annapolis MD is contemporary in style with many having private balconies off the master. The one I visited has beautiful crown moldings, updated baths, floors, lights, windows, and the coolest patio out back in the fenced courtyard. A true charmer.
If condo living is just not your bally wag but the lifestyle a condo allows you is then give me a call and allow me introduce you to Cedar Ridge. It just may be the perfect alternative.
