Another Upper Marlboro Historic Home...SOLD
Yes this 1854 beauty at 14500 Elm St has sold. After settlement the Sellers, Buyers, their agent and I all went to lunch in celebration. As we were chatting the Buyer looked at the Sellers and said... You know...I knew the moment I walked in the front door that this home was it. There has only been one other home that has done that to me and when I look back these two homes were similar in style, feel and age. Yet the other home was in New Orleans, a far cry from Upper Marlboro. But just the same this home spoke to me and I am thrilled to be the new owner.
Mr & Mrs Buyer...Welcome to Your New Home. We wish you many many happy years there
If you are looking to buy or sell a historic property in Upper Marlboro give me a call. I would love to help you with that home that speaks to you as well.
