This looks like it would be a great home to fix up. It is so exciting to accept a challenge like this and see what you can do to bring some new life back into a property.

Just need one right buyer who is willing to put in some sweat equity. Looks like a sound home with a finished Master suite and bath. The right buyer could live in the house while fixing it up.

Good luck with a speedy sale and settlement.

Martha,  This looks like a house with great bones.  A 203K loan would help the right buyer to finish it to their hearts desire.  A first time buyer could even use one of the amazing Prince Georges County Grant programs!

All the best on finding the right buyer quickly (may the bank be especially cooperative to get the short sale done quickly!)
