Won't You Buy Our Home So We Can Have A Bigger Yard??

 2421 winding ridge rd

Mommy and Daddy call us the Three Musketeers & we live at 2421 Winding Ridge Rd in a great community in Piney Orchard in Odenton. There is lots to do here if you are a human. There are numerous swimming pools, tennis courts, community center and ice skating rink. There is even walking trails and a Nature Trail that my human parents take me too. But alas even though we enjoy our walks we miss having a yard to romp around in and play. We would be so happy to have a yard and our human parents knew that even though we never told them that in so many words.

We actually love the home we are in. It is very nice. Mommy and Daddy human have taken very good care of it. They installed a new energy efficient heating and air system that keeps us real comfy each winter and real cool in the summer. Mommy loves to cook so Daddy had extra counter space (and cabinets too) put in so Mommy could bake away. We even are having a new roof installed too. The banging is going to be really interesting to our big floppy ears. Ouch. Mommy and Daddy have even updated the flooring since we have been with them. After all we are 3 dogs and since we do not have a yard we do run around the house from time to time. With our short legs we hate the stairs but because we love our Mommy and Daddy so much we are happy to be with them, stairs and all.

Then one day Mommy and Daddy decided to put our home on the market so they could buy a new home for us. A new home with no stairs and a big yard. Wow, we are so excited!!

So now our home is on the market for sale. We are listed at $279,900 for a 4 bedroom, 3 full and 1 half bath townhouse. From what I hear humans saying in Piney Orchard that is an amazing price.

Won't you buy our home so we can have a bigger yard?

Good morning Martha -

What a great spin on a new listing!  I really like your humor and uniqueness of this post!

Love this!  Those dogs are precious.  And they do deserve a home with a yard and no stairs.  I'm sure with you on the case, they'll get out of their current home and into a new one as soon as possible.

John- Thanks. These 'babies' are so precious and so deserve a bigger yard and a home with no stairs. Wish you lived closer so you could bring a buyer!

Chris Ann- Thanks. You and i both know how pets are such a huge part of a family even to the point of making a move just for them. :0)
