Annapolis is surrounded by communities offering lifestyles outside of the waterfront. Davidsonville is one such community. Located southwest of Annapolis, Davidsonville offers wide open spaces, homes on acreage and farms. Conveniently located for ease of commute whether heading to Annapolis, Washington DC or Baltimore.
                                                
So what is happening in the Davidsonville market place? Davidsonville saw a 66% increase in sales over the previous month and a 33% increase over May 2011. May saw the first $1,000,000 sale in Davidsonville this year and also saw an increase in homes going under contract.  Homes sold in May, on average, were selling for 93.97% of their asking price which is down slightly from April.

                After a dismal winter and a skittish April Davidsonville homes sales are on the rise.

Wow, Martha, this is a very detailed post, filled with great information, graphs and details. I would think that anybody interested in buying or selling in the Davidsonville area would want to see this!
