So what is happening with the Edgewater marketplace? After a steady increase in sales over the spring market Edgewater sales are starting to wane a bit. On a good note the average sales price to asking price of an Edgewater home is up to 96.70%. Months of inventory is holding steady and Edgewater saw a 34% increase in sales year over year!!

Good morning Martha -

Prices up 96.70% is great!  I bet with schools starting again many areas will see waning sells for a while.  Getting the kids back in school is a big job and expensive!

Hey John- The sales price to list price is up to 96% which is a wonderful increase from the previous month. Our inventory starts to pick up right about now for the fall market and starts to wane near the holidays. Hopefully that will be true this year as well. Wishing you a grand day as well!!
