Crofton is one of those ideally situated communities nestled in the Annapolis, Washington and Baltimore triangle. Offering treed line streets, golf, swimming, tennis, community events and close by shopping, Crofton is a sought after community to call home in and around Annapolis.

So whats happening in the Crofton marketplace? Sales slid in the detached home sale market with a 50% decrease noted from the previous month. Closing assistance was given in 8 of the 10 sales in July. Detached Crofton homes are selling, on average, for 95.36% of asking price. Inventory is moving briskly with an average days on market of 25.
 
The attached or townhouse/condo market saw a rise in sales for the month. The number of homes under contract is on the rise as well. Closing assistance was given in 11 of the 18 sales. Townhouses and condos, on average, are selling for 95.19% of their asking price.

Martha, this is a very detailed post, filled with great information! I like the graphs and details. I would think that anybody owning property and/or interested in buying or selling in the Crofton area would want to see this!
