Edgewater is located just South of Annapolis and offers homes in all styles and sizes. With its easy access to the water, parks, golf, shopping and commuter routes Edgewater is a great location for an easy living lifestyle.

So what is happening with the Edgewater marketplace? Things are looking positive for Edgewater. Even though sales are down from the previous month they are up 19% from a year ago. Inventory is down by 10% over last month. On average Edgewater homes are selling for 94.8% of their asking price which is a nice improvement over the previous months 92.6%. Months of inventory rose just a tad from 5 months to 5.2 months.

That's a nifty looking statistical graph, Martha!  I'm wondering if the slightly downward trend on homesales is attributed to a decline in housing inventory?  You can't sell what you don't have.  That is an issue here in Sacramento!
