So what is happening in the Davidsonville market place? Hang on cause' Davidsonville is a roller coaster ride if I ever saw one. After a slow August with only 2 sales Davidsonville saw a 80% increase in home sales in September. And when comparing year over year Davidsonville saw a 60% increase in home sales over last year. Great news for the Davidsonville market. As in most markets around Annapolis, Davidsonville is seeing a decrease in inventory with a 10% drop over the previous month. On average, Davidsonville homes are selling for 96.42% of their asking price which is a 2% increase over the previous month. Months of supply decreased dramatically to 4.6 months.
