Crownsville offers a variety of homes and lifestyle. From waterfront, water access, estate homes and everything in between, Crownsville is a great area to call home. And it is conveniently located for heading to Annapolis, a quick trip to Rt 97 towards Baltimore and even Washington DC is easily obtainable.

So what is going on in the Crownsville marketplace? So what do you think?  Sales are holding steady year over year. Good news? Yes. Months of inventory is still on the decline. Down another 12% Good news? Yes. Pending sales have risen 30% over the previous month. Fabulous news for Crownsville. And on average, Crownsville home sellers are receiving 95.56% of their asking price, up from 93.63% last month. Good news again. Yes Crownsville may move at a slower pace than many areas around Annapolis but that is not always bad news. It's just Crownsville.
