Crofton is one of those ideally situated communities nestled in the Annapolis, Washington and Baltimore triangle. Offering tree lined streets, golf, swimming, tennis, community events and close by shopping, Crofton is a sought after community to call home in and around Annapolis.
So what happened in the Crofton Md Market for November 2012? November sales were 20% higher than November 2011 sales. Inventory decreased another 28% from Octobers availability. That is over half of what was available in the spring market. Sales continue upward bringing a positive market to Crofton.
Crofton Detached Homes For Sale
The number of homes dropped in the Crofton townhouse/condo market however...compared to 2011 sales they actually doubled. Inventory remained closely the same. Those homes under contract are heavy in short sales which is a total turn around form October. The following year will be interesting to follow.
