Crownsville 21032 Let's Talk Real Estate for December 2012


Crownsville offers a variety of homes and lifestyle. From waterfront, water access, estate homes and everything in between, Crownsville is a great area to call home. And it is conveniently located for heading to Annapolis, a quick trip to Rt 97 towards Baltimore and even Washington DC is easily obtainable.

So what is going on in the Crownsville marketplace? It has been a roller coaster ride the last 2 years but Crownsville held strong with an upswing to finish out the year. Inventory continues to drop which is a reflection of the winter market. Pending sales rose 62% over the previous month which means January should see a good start if most of the pending settle in January. On average, Crownsville home sellers received 95.93% of their asking price, up from 95.72% last month.
