So what happened in the Crofton Md 2114 Market for December 2012?

December detached home sales ran neck to neck with December 2011. Inventory increased slightly Sale prices ended the year 10% higher than Jauary sales. And....It's a Sellers Market due to months of inventory!

Crofton Detached Homes For Sale


December attached home sales declined 35% year over year. Inventory is down 22% however sale prices ended the year 2% higher than January sales.
Those homes under contract are still heavy in short sales with 24 out of 37.
  And.... It's a Sellers Market due to months of inventory!

Martha,

All good information for consumers!  Sales running about the same as December 2011 but sale prices 10% higher by years end and yet a little more inventory.
