Annapolis is surrounded by communities offering a variety of lifestyles and when one is looking for 1+ acre, room for horses, a place to garden or just want some elbow room Davidsonville is the place people head. Located southwest of Annapolis, Davidsonville is a great commuter location for Washington DC. Homes range from $294,500 for a 1200 sq ft home on a third of an acre to $1,700,000 for a 2300 sq ft home on 83 acres.

Davidsonville real estate for 2012, overall, saw a 10% rise in number of homes sold over the previous year. 2012 also saw the median sale price rise from $652,500 in 2011 to $749,000 in 2012. Homes sold in 2012 for, on average, 95.30% of list price compared to 2011 where the number was 95.04% of list price. Good news for the Davidsonville market.
