Crownsville offers a variety of homes and lifestyle. From waterfront, water access, estate homes and everything in between, Crownsville is a great area to call home. And it is conveniently located for heading to Annapolis, a quick trip to Rt 97 towards Baltimore and even Washington DC is easily obtainable.

So what is going on in the Crownsville marketplace? 2012 saw a 20% increase in sales over 2011 with homes selling for 95.68% of sales price. 2013 is starting out with a wonderful increase in inventory of 17%. Pending sales rose 14% over the previous month. On average, Crownsville home sellers received 95.29% of their asking price. Months of inventory rose significantly due to the increase of available inventory and the drop in home closing in January.
