The Views of Annapolis Waterfront
It has been said that buyers looking to live on the water will look for years to find that special spot. I certainly can understand as there is so much to take into consideration when looking to be a Annapolis waterfront homeowner.
Along with the depth of water, location of access to the bay, the style of waterfront living one wants to be a part of comes, of course, the view. Ahh the views of Annapolis waterfront. From wide open to close and private, living in and around Annapolis offers amazing opportunities that will fit perfectly with ones dreams.
For me, who happens to be a person who loves nature, the views of Annapolis waterfront I prefer are small and intimate. Something soothing about nature intertwined with the water. With that said when I came across this home while touring one day I thought to myself how pleasant this is.
Located on a small cove off the Severn River the water is shallow so not open for a big boat yet there are two marinas very close by. The geese find this hidden cove a great place to spend their time which offers tranquility from the busyness of an open waterway. Quiet, calm, stillness are all part of what living on a cove offers.
So what kind of view do you prefer? Are you too more in tune with a home like this one?
Annapolis offers many view of Annapolis waterfront.
BTW- this home is for sale and comes complete with a separate guest quarters and tons of quiet and intimate views off the Severn River. Give me a call if you would like more information about choosing a home like this one for your waterfront lifestyle.
