Annapolis Md Homes and More: Keeping Children Involved in the Sale of their Home

Keeping Children Involved in the Sale of their Home

Keeping Children Involved in the Sale of Their Home

When I have sellers with children I always strive to involve them in the move. It seems to reduce their stress level to some degree and makes Mom & Dad very happy to know the children are involved in the move. I start out with a Childrens Listing agreement that everyone signs and after the home is sold and closed I send the children a gift card to go shopping at a Toys R Us.

thank you notes

As you can see.... the thank you notes I receive are just so darn sweet. The notes are always my favorite part of keeping the children involved in the sale.

Just love how you involve the kiddos Martha. It makes them feel special and it makes the home buying or selling process much easier for mom & dad.

Beautiful cards! I'm sure they made your week.
