The fun starts at 6:30 pm when the Independence Day parade makes its way down to City Dock. The parade starts at Amos Garrett Blvd and travels down West St, around Church Circle, and then down Main St to the water. Following the parade will be a concert by the Naval Academy Band at the Susan B Campbell waterfront park. At around 9 pm starts the fireworks over the water.
Over the years I have watched the fireworks from a boat on the river to the bridge over Spa Creek and everywhere in between. I haven't found a bad spot for the fireworks in Annapolis yet.
Come early for the Annapolis MD 4th of July Parade and Fireworks as parking will be crazy. Once you are nestled in do some sightseeing and of course some hometown shopping in downtown Annapolis.
