Have you ever had one of those days where you felt that everything was calling you to be #1 on the list of things that need done? I thought so. Well I had one today myself.
As an Annapolis real estate agent I have my hands in many pots stirring things up and keeping the fires burning. To add to all the Pick Me!!! No Pick Me!!! You Have To Pick Me!!! is today is the day I get my open house signs up for this weekends opens. I did a mini market update for one seller as I was out and about along with putting a sign on the golf course while there.
While out I also made a stop at the Anne Arundel Association of Realtors for lock box batteries and to sign up for a few upcoming classes. Have to get them under my belt to keep my license.
Back at the office things on my desk were saying Pick Me!!! No Pick Me!!! You Have To Pick Me!!!
This evening as I sat with my glass of wine I had to laugh. There in front of me were my 3 furry babies looking at me and saying Pick Me!!! No Pick Me!!! You Have To Pick Me!!!
Well everything got done in due order. I just wish they wouldn't make so much noise getting there. Geeez
Yep it was a good day for this

Your post made me laugh and the title immediately drew me in. Soooo true almost every day it seems. Setting the priorities sometimes can be a real challenge (family comes first). Hope you enjoyed that well-deserved glass of wine!
Jeff
It does seem that way doesn't it Jeff. LOL Glad it brought a smile to your face.
Pick me too
. Sounds like you had a busy day and glad you could end it with the fur babies and an adult beverage. Guess what? You get to start all over again tomorrow.
Cindy I sure do and tomorrow starts with a 7:30 am meeting and ends with 5:30 pm meeting.
Everyday is just another day in the day of a Realtor I would suppose.
Martha- you said it all so well and we've all had those days. In fact, I think that may be why wine was invented!
My every day Martha! Should I get a bit lost wondering what/who to pick first, then I always think of Margaret's words: what's important now.
But it is gratifying to know, at the end of the day, that you answered most, if not all, of the Pick Me calls.
Martha, that glass of nice wine needed to be right up there, along with the fur balls! Have fun this weekend.
