The Best Way To Find An Annapolis Rental Is .....

for rentYesterday I put a super cute country rental on the market with a sign on a prominent and busy road saying 'For Rent'. Needless to say the calls have been coming in fast and furious which is wonderful. No complaints. But what I find amazing is how many consumers call the listing agent for each home they want to see. When I speak with them, especially if I have to call them back instead of picking up right away, is that they are confused as to what 'agent' I am and what 'home' they called on. What a crazy way to find a rental. So here are a few tips to make your search for a rental go more smoothly. The best way to find an Annapolis rental is to:

  • Find a good agent to work with and stay with them. Plain and simple. Stop calling every agent who has a rental listing. Agents can share and show every rental listing out there in your desired rental range. All you need to do is choose an agent and work together

Now I bet you thought I was going to have a long littany of items. Must do this and must do that. Sorry to disappoint because it is really just this easy. Find a good agent and stay with them.

The right agent working with/for you will make sure you know all the new listings out there and help you find the perfect home. No need to work the real estate agent roulette wheel.

Need a good rental agent? Give me a call.

I would be happy to not only show you my rental listings, if I have any,

but also any other that are available.

But more imortantly I will guide you in the rental process.

I have experienced this, too and am surprised at how often the consumer had no idea one agent could show them a number of rentals.  Good advice!

Martha -- same here.   Loyalty goes a long way --- I find a lot of what we do everyday is educate the consumer -- that's great especially when they are really listening.
