So where do you think my new owner is? My current owners, the sweet people they are, have to move on and now I need a new someone to take care of me. So just in case you may know someone let me tell you a little about me.
I have 4 bedrooms and 2 full and 2 half baths. I was built in 1999 amidst 2.17 acres in Crownsville Maryland which is just outside Annapolis and only 20 minutes from Baltimore. When you walk in the front door I have satiny cherry hardwood floors in every room on my main floor. My kitchen has corian counters, sleek stainless steel appliances and overlooks the family room with a fireplace. I have a lower level too with another family room and this one has a wet bar for entertaining. Around the corner is a craft room with built in TV, shelving and cabinets. I have a really nice washer and dryer in a room down here too and plenty of storage to boot.
My current owners gave me a beautiful new look on the exterior back with a fenced play area, custom stone patio and deck and this absolutely awesome koi pond with waterfall. And they landscaped it too. It's quite the place to be. I have a virtual tour with lots of photos. Just visit www.TheRealEstate-Lady.com
My price is now a fabulous $589,423. Gosh that's $50,000 less than I was last week.
So if you know of someone who would like to call me home I sure would like to call them my new owners.
